Stapledon Memorial Trust award for those participants that need it
A limited number of Stapledon Memorial Trust awards are available, offering a 300 euro discount on standard registration fees. If financial constraints hinder your participation in EGF, we encourage you to apply for this grant by submitting a letter of motivation to info@egf2024.com before 26 March. The Organising Committee will carefully review all applications to select recipients for the award. Notification of selection will be sent out on March 27th.

- Registration is only possible via the online registration form (the link is provided above).
- Once a registration form is filled out and submitted, an automatic confirmation email and invoice (pdf) will be sent to the e-mail address that the participant has used while filling the registration form. Therefore, please check if you provided a correct e-mail address. Please also check your spam folder in your mailbox in case a confirmation letter was not received.

Cancellation terms and conditions
- Please note, that the registration for participation is binding. For cancellations received until 3 April €75 will be charged and for cancellations received until 15 May €175 will be charged; the rest will be refunded. After May the 15th, no refunds will be possible.
- The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure (natural disaster, an epidemic, major strikes etc.) resulting in cancellation of the event. In such cases, the organizing committee will decide upon refunding of paid registration fees.
